Injective risk

This material is for informational purposes only and is not exhaustive of all risks associated with trading Injective. All crypto assets are risky, there are general risks in investing in Injective. These include volatility risk, liquidity risk, demand risk, forking risk, cryptography risk, regulatory risk, concentration risk & cyber security risk. This is not intended to provide (i) investment advice or an investment recommendation; (ii) an offer or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold crypto assets; or (iii) financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. Profits may be subject to capital gains tax. You should carefully consider whether trading or holding crypto assets is suitable for you in light of your financial situation. Please review the Risk Summary for additional information.

Investment Risk

The performance of most crypto assets can be highly volatile, with their value dropping as quickly as it can rise. You should be prepared to lose all the money you invest in crypto assets.

Lack of Protections

Crypto assets are largely unregulated and neither the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) nor the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) will protect you in the event something goes wrong with your crypto asset investments.

Liquidity Risk

There is no guarantee that investments in crypto assets can be easily sold at any given time.

Complexity

Investments in crypto assets can be complex, making it difficult to understand the risks associated with the investment. You should do your own research before investing. If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Concentration Risk

Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Putting all your money into a single type of investment is risky. Spreading your money across different investments makes you less dependent on anyone to do well. A good rule of thumb is not to invest more than 10% of your money in high-risk investments.

Five questions to ask yourself

  1. Am I comfortable with the level of risk? Can I afford to lose my money?
  2. Do I understand the investment and could I get my money out easily?
  3. Are my investments regulated?
  4. Am I protected if the investment provider or my adviser goes out of business?
  5. Should I get financial advice?

Injective is ushering in a new era for capital markets. Its newly launched on-chain Pre-IPO market has fully moved the trading of equity in private companies onto the blockchain for the first time, achieving a deep integration of traditional and decentralized finance. Investors can now participate in early equity trading of top private companies like #OpenAI on-chain with leverage. Unlike traditional over-the-counter structures, Injective's Pre-IPO perpetual contracts are designed based on a modular financial architecture, featuring programmability, composability, capital efficiency, and complete on-chain execution, significantly enhancing market transparency and capital utilization efficiency. Through collaboration with SEDA Protocol and Caplight Data, Injective brings over $20 trillion worth of pre-IPO market data on-chain, providing a real-world asset base and data support for the Web3 financial system. The first batch of assets has been launched on Helix Markets, allowing investors to participate early in OpenAI's on-chain Pre-IPO trading. As more companies join, this market will continue to expand, driving the full on-chaining of real assets. #Injective

Q4 2023 WAS INSANE 📈 $TAO +753% $SEI +440% $SOL +378% $INJ +355% $SUI +220% $RENDER +181% $NEAR +152% $KAS +107% and lots more.. But one thing that stopped people from fully believing was this BEARISH DIVERGENCE where most sold ( Including me ) I learnt that one indicator isn't enough though these work 90% of the time. Let's compare the two scenarios and how to deal with this in 2025 👇 1️⃣ Lessons from Q4 2023 We’ve seen this movie before. Back in late 2023, charts flashed the same “bearish divergence” RSI cooled off while prices kept climbing. Traders panicked, some sold early. But what happened next? The market exploded higher. Altcoin Market Cap nearly doubled while liquidity poured in, proving that divergences don’t always predict downturns, especially in inflow-driven markets. 2️⃣ The Current Setup Look closely at Total 3 (Altcoin Market Cap) today. Yes, RSI is flattening while price is making new highs and technically a divergence. But we’re in a liquidity expansion phase. Bitcoin just hit fresh highs, Ethereum is waking up, and stablecoin supply is rising again. That means external capital is entering, not just rotating. When that happens, momentum indicators like RSI can stay “overheated” for weeks while prices keep ripping higher. 3️⃣ Why I’m Not Selling Retail energy is back. Narratives like AI, RWA, and DePIN are fueling this cycle’s growth, and institutional flows are setting the floor higher. Selling in October because of one indicator doesn’t make sense when the macro is screaming risk-on. Divergences may warn, but they don’t dictate, liquidity does. If history repeats, this divergence might actually mark the start of the next ALTSEASON, not the end of it.

Tria Light Research @useTria is a modular chain abstraction infrastructure that integrates complex multi-chain environments into a single user experience. The core goal of the project is to enable "the use of any asset anywhere without bridges, swaps, or gas fees," thereby addressing the most fundamental entry barriers of Web3: network disconnection, the complexity of wallet management, and transaction friction. The key technology that realizes this vision is BestPath AVS (Intent Routing System), which explores the transaction paths of each chain in real-time to automatically select the optimal route in terms of speed, stability, and cost. It is likened to a "GPS for assets," helping applications operate across various VM (Virtual Machine) environments without developers needing to write code specific to each chain. To support this, Tria provides two SDK infrastructures. - Inception SDK revolutionizes the user onboarding experience. Instead of the traditional wallet creation process, it allows access through SSO, passkeys, and mobile authentication, operating as a shared wallet across multiple apps to manage user balances and access rights in a unified manner. - Mazerunner SDK is responsible for cross-VM interoperability. Developers can provide the same user experience across multiple virtual machines with a single integrated interface, allowing users to access dApps in the same environment regardless of the chain. This structure simultaneously realizes dual value: "a platform that removes cross-chain complexity for developers" and "a user-friendly asset interface at Web2 level for users." The most notable achievement is the integration with Injective. Through this integration announced in September 2025, users can now use assets from other chains directly on Injective without separate bridging, swapping, or gas payments. Related posts have recorded over 79,000 views, demonstrating high community interest. Additionally, the partnership with MON Protocol has secured recognition from major ecosystems and trust from institutional investors, which can be interpreted as a market signal. While traditional bridge solutions focus on asset movement, Tria differentiates itself by abstracting the user experience itself. It focuses not just on providing connectivity between chains but on enabling users to use services without being 'aware' of the chains. The community has reacted by saying, "Web3 finally feels usable." In terms of marketing and community engagement, Tria shows high immersion. The official X account (@useTria) has over 77,000 followers, and the core message focuses on "solving user problems" rather than technical details. Phrases like "no need for multiple wallets," "anywhere without bridges," "the lowest fees," and "gasless staking" are representative. The announcement tweet for the Injective integration recorded 358 likes and 60 retweets, proving its organic reach. However, there are clear risk factors. The path exploration process of BestPath AVS creates new trust assumptions, necessitating enhanced security audits, and without widespread SDK adoption in the dApp ecosystem, it may struggle to establish itself as a public standard. Additionally, features connected to real-world finance, such as actual payment functions or 'crypto cards,' may be exposed to regulatory risks. There are also concerns within the community regarding the yet-to-be-disclosed tokenomics structure, particularly about the size of the reward pool and potential unlock volumes. In summary, Tria is a promising project that is achieving technological advancements in the field of chain abstraction. It has demonstrated real market demand through user experience-centered design, developer-friendly SDKs, and already proven partnerships. However, it will need to ensure transparency in its token economy and expand the security model of AVS in the future. Nevertheless, Tria is considered one of the players closest to the turning point in the evolution of Web3 into a smooth experience at the Web2 level. feels like fintech, works like freedom.

Injective is a blockchain built for finance, providing an open, interoperable layer-one blockchain that powers next-generation DeFi applications, including decentralized spot and derivatives exchanges, AMMs, lending protocols, asset management protocols, and more. Founded in 2018 by Eric Chen and Albert Chon, Injective Labs is a research and development company that serves as one of the contributors to Injective. The mission of Injective is to create a truly free and inclusive financial system through decentralization, and to be the best blockchain built for finance. Injective is the only blockchain where developers can find robust out-of-the-box modules such as a completely decentralized order book that can be utilized to build a diverse array of sophisticated applications.

How does Injective work

Injective uniquely provides developers with powerful plug-and-play modules for creating unmatched dApps. These modules include a decentralized order book and derivatives trading module, options module, oracle module, and more to make it easy for any developer to quickly launch DeFi applications. In addition, Injective can facilitate fast cross-chain transactions across the largest layer one networks such as Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot and IBC-enabled blockchains.

Injective price and tokenomics

The native utility and governance token of Injective is INJ, which is used to secure the Injective L1 blockchain using a proof-of-stake (PoS) mechanism and powers Injective and its rapidly growing ecosystem. The INJ token has a maximum supply of 100 million tokens. The other key details of Injective’s tokenomics are:

  • Developer Incentives: 40% of fees generated by users on dApps built on Injective go towards incentivizing new developers building on Injective.
  • Protocol Fee Value Accrual: 60% and even more of all fees generated from dApps enter an on-chain buy-back-and-burn events.
  • Tendermint-based Proof-of-Stake (PoS) Security: INJ is used to secure Injective blockchain using a PoS mechanim. Validators and delegators can both participate in staking.
  • Governance: The INJ token governs every single component of Injective, with all proposal passing through a DAO governance vote.
