pros to buying $MON:
-Alt layer 1/ resurgence of a forgotten narrative / insane 'tech' and great hype
-Founder ex Jump, they can pump the f out of charts
-They raised a ton of $ from both VCs and public, hopefully wont dump as much ecosystem tokens onto us
Cons to buying Monad:
-Who's the marginal buyer? VCs already allocated, Hedge funds maybe OTC-ed, retail bought through ICO.
-Every big VC / high fdv project has dumped over the last few years. Last big 1 was TIA and maybe SUI.
-Too much infra in crypto/ not enough dapps.
I do think that this is going to pump at least once. I don't know how strongly or when but going to keep an eye on it.
