How do I deposit AUD with a debit or credit card?
You can complete a cash deposit from your bank account to your OKX account using Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. To initiate a transfer, you'll need to add your card which is issued by an Australian bank and isn't expired. Once the card deposit goes through successfully, funds will be available instantly in your OKX account and you can start trading immediately.
On the app
Open your OKX app, select Transfer, then Deposit
Select Deposit from the pop-up menu
Select AUD from the list of asset
Select Australian Dollar from the Cash section
Select Visa/Mastercard and select Next
Proceed with Next once you've selected the Visa/Mastercard option
Click on Add card. You can skip this step if you have already added a card
Add your card for deposit selection
Provide your card details to add your card, then select Next
Provide your billing address, then select Next
After adding your card, you'll see the success notification confirming that your card has been added.
Input your preferred amount, then select Preview
Preview your deposit before completing the process
Select Submit to initiate deposit via your card
Note: your bank may require you to obtain approval via SMS code or through the respective banking app. Once you receive the code, you can enter it to complete the transaction.After the deposit is successful, you will see a debit authorisation on your card
Funds will be available for trading immediately after the deposit is completed

5. I received a verification code while trying to complete a transaction. Where do I get this code from?
This code is generated by the issuing bank and is part of the 3-D secure authentication process, which helps to keep your card secure. You can enter the code you received from your bank to complete the transaction.
6. My card transaction was declined, but I still see money deducted. When will I get my refund?
For declined transactions, your bank may place a temporary hold on the amount when the payment attempt is made. These funds are usually released automatically within a few days, depending on your bank’s processing time. If the hold hasn’t been released after a week, we recommend reaching out to your bank for further assistance.
