if we consider eth/blockchains as a country for a second then in this country, the fed (eth's mechanisms), doesn't have money printing, however we do have external money inflows that influence user behaviour such as airdrops, institutional involvements, mass participation like in TRUMP launch, etc. These make markets move.
these are all external influences. how would the govt influence money flows through the economy in such a case, also what happens if it doesn't?
