Sky: The penalty for the delayed upgrade of MKR to SKY has taken effect.
According to reports from HashChain, Sky (formerly MakerDAO) announced on platform X that the penalty for delayed upgrades is now in effect. Starting today, all operations to upgrade MKR to SKY will incur a 1% punitive fee. According to Sky Atlas regulations, this punitive fee will increase by 1 percentage point every three months.
