What is a C2C order?

A customer-to-customer ad refers to an ad for buying or selling digital assets posted by customers in the peer-to-peer trading section on the OKX platform. This feature is only available to Makers; Lite users cannot post ads.

How do I place an ad?

When you post an ad to sell digital assets, you must first link at least one payment method, such as a bank card, WeChat, or Alipay. You can also select multiple payment methods at the same time.

On the App

Open the OKX App > tap C2C Trading > tap Ads at the bottom.

  1. Tap + Create in the upper right corner.

  2. Select Create Buy Ad or Create Sell Ad.

  3. Choose the currency, then enter:

    • Pricing method

    • Price

    • Quantity

    • Whether to enter the order book

    • Single transaction limits

  4. Select Next.

  5. Select your payment method > tap Next.

  6. Set transaction conditions and limits > tap Confirm order details.

  7. Review the ad details and tap Confirm to publish.

On the Web

  1. Open the OKX website > Buy Crypto > C2C Trading > Merchant backend > Create ad.

  2. Enter the required information, including:

    • Price and quantity

    • Payment method

    • Additional settings (optional)

    • Click Next

  3. Review the ad details and tap Confirm to publish.

Notes:

  1. In addition, you can set more detailed trading restrictions, such as whether it is a verified ad, verification requirements for buyers, restrictions on buyers receiving funds within a certain number of days, and so on, before publishing your ad. However, please note that the more trading restrictions you set, the fewer opportunities your ad will have for exposure. Therefore, you can decide for yourself whether you need to set trading restrictions.

  2. When placing an ad, if you choose not to enter the order book, the ad will not appear in the P2P trading list.

  3. The ad has been created successfully. You can view it in the Maker backend. You can also share the ad, modify it, or delist it.

  4. The ad feature is only available to Maker. Lite users cannot use this function.

  5. Order of ads: Priority is given to price, followed by Maker rating > order time > Maker identity.
