A brief introduction about myself. My name is Leslie, named after Leslie Cheung. People mostly call me Shushu. Born in 2005, from Shantou. After graduating from vocational school, I chose not to continue studying and worked as a barista for two years. I left my most comfortable place and field to come to Beijing to pursue my dreams. During middle school, I always had part-time jobs during winter and summer vacations because I knew that if I wanted something, I had to work hard for it myself. I have worked as a waiter, bubble tea maker, street vendor, telemarketer, tutor, street volunteer, cashier, A-share product salesperson, restaurant manager... The toughest time was earning 12 yuan per hour at Starbucks. I am a product of a small county town, a reflection of the grassroots/ordinary people. Fun and exciting. At first, @Simo_CoinUp said he would take us to do a high-altitude activity. I thought it was skydiving 🪂. I didn’t look closely at the poster, just trusted Simo completely. When we arrived, we found there were elephants, shooting, off-road vehicles, a high-altitude zipline, and Muay Thai performances. It was really rich in variety. The arrangements were perfect. I truly have a Chinese stomach, I don't like eating other foods. Everyone had great tolerance for alcohol while eating, I got dizzy very quickly. Later, I took my brother-in-law @xiejiayinBitget to the event after party. But the event was almost over by then. After going back, we all drank together again. I was probably the first one to lie down, fell asleep on the sofa. So weak, I wanted to tweet that day but was too dizzy, posting a tweet a year late. On May 22, 2010, a foreigner bought 2 pizzas with 10,000 bitcoins. So today has become a grand Pizza Day in the cryptocurrency community. If back then a Chinese person had used 10,000 bitcoins to buy 2 jianbing guozi (Chinese crepes), today would be Jianbing Festival. People always say this guy shot himself in the foot; if he hadn’t spent those 10,000 bitcoins back then and held onto them until today, they would be worth 800 million USD, tens of billions of RMB. But if he hadn’t spent them and ended up making money, he would have lost it all in other ways eventually. I am someone who has made big money through Bitcoin. Around 2018-19, I bought 50,000 RMB worth of Bitcoin, and after the 2021 pandemic, it turned into 360,000 RMB. That was definitely a big sum for me at the time. Later, I used that 360,000 RMB to buy Dogecoin and grew it to 10 million RMB, then I sold it. After that, Dogecoin went up again; if I hadn’t sold, it would have been over 30 million RMB. I just thought it would have been better not to sell, to hold on until it reached 30 million before selling. Then that 10 million RMB, combined with Dogecoin contracts and Takashi Murakami’s flowers, was lost, and I ended up 300,000 RMB in debt. I thought, it would have been better to cash out that 10 million RMB back then. But I feel the money wasn’t lost in vain; if I hadn’t lost it through Murakami’s flowers, I would have lost it chasing Pokémon cards through FOMO. You will always lose it all. Better to lose it early than late. Losing it all is a lesson, a very profound lesson. Losing it all warps your nerves and triggers subconscious reactions. I hope OKB gives me not the lesson of losing it all, but the experience of success.
