Personalized referral rewards
Invite your friends to join OKX and receive an exclusive reward.
During each referral campaign, the rewards you receive may vary. You could receive fixed crypto rewards, various rewards worth up to a certain amount, or reward bundles for each successful referral.
Log in to your account on the OKX app and visit the referral page to check the latest reward offers you’re eligible for.
Reward bundles may include equivalent-value crypto tokens, rebate cards, trading bonus, or contract vouchers.
Eligibility for referral rewards
Invite your friends to create an OKX account using your referral code. After completing the following tasks, you will be eligible for rewards:
Sign up through your unique referral link.
Complete advanced identity verification.
Complete a deposit task: your friend must complete a deposit worth the required amount within the event period.
Note: this referral feature is not available to all users and is subject to the availability shown on the page. Participants must use app version 6.66.0 or above to join this program.

How do I invite friends?
On the web
Log in to your account at okx.com and go to the Referral page. You can find it under More > Referral.

Note:
You can claim your referral reward through the invitation history page. However, your friend's reward must be claimed within the current event period.
You will receive the reward with a 14-day lock-up period. It cannot be withdrawn or traded during the lock-up period and such reward will be unlocked automatically once the lock-up period ends.
You can invite an unlimited number of friends but you can only claim up to 3 referral rewards per campaign cycle.
Your friends will automatically join the platform’s New User Bonus Program.
What kind of tasks do invitees need to complete?
Invitees will be required to complete certain tasks, such as Sign up and Identity verification.
Deposit tasks may require invitees, within 14 days of signing up, to either make a one-time deposit or reach a cumulative net deposit. Eligible methods include on-chain deposits and P2P transactions. Deposits made through internal transfers, red packets, rewards, or P2P sharing orders will not be counted.
Trade tasks may require invitees, within 14 days of signing up, to either complete a single trade or reach a cumulative trading volume.
How do inviters earn rewards?
Inviters will receive rewards once their invitees complete the required tasks.
Inviters may unlock higher rewards as invitees complete additional or more advanced tasks (may only be applicable to selected users).
Are rewards the same for all inviters?
Rewards may vary depending on the referral program, and the type of tasks required to be completed.
The exact reward structure applicable will always be displayed on the referral page in your account.
Why I haven't received my reward, even though my friend has completed the task?
Monthly reward limit reached: please check your referral history. If you have claimed 3 rewards in the current cycle, you can still invite friends, but you are no longer eligible to receive rewards. Any unclaimed rewards will not be carried over to the following cycle. The referral reward limit resets at 00:00 (UTC+8) on the first day of each cycle.
Not meeting reward eligibility: OKX will strictly review the eligibility of your invitees. During the relevant cycle, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the referral program, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are found, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.
Why can't I withdraw my reward after the 14-day locking period?
Rewards are subject to a strict risk control system and real-time monitoring. If no issues are detected, the reward will be automatically unlocked after the 14-day lock-up period and can be withdrawn or traded by the users.
If there is any fraudulent behavior detected from your invited friend, the platform reserves the right to revoke the reward eligibility. For more detailed information, please refer to OKX Terms of Service.
Do I still qualify for referral rewards after upgrading my affiliate or sub-affiliate?
No, affiliates and sub-affiliates are only eligible for affiliate program rewards and cannot participate in the referral program.
Terms and conditions
Each reward might include crypto or rebate cards as rewards, and each reward must be claimed within the specified event period stated on your referral page or it will expire. You can only claim the reward from the OKX app.
You can claim your referral rewards on the Referral > Invite history page on the OKX app, and you can view your rewards on the Rewards center page after claiming the referral rewards.
Affiliate users are only eligible for affiliate program rewards, and will not be eligible for referral rewards by inviting friends.
Sub-accounts will not be eligible to participate in this referral program, receive any rewards, or be invited as invitees.
Please note that the value of the rewards may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient has the ability to withdraw as a result of market fluctuation. Prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may increase or lose value in your assets at any given moment.
If there is any fraudulent behavior, such as fraudulent registration, buying or selling, or forging identity verification information, OKX will strictly review and control the situation, and reserves the right to cancel the participation eligibility and award rights of the related users.
Invitees must complete the specified tasks (for example, sign-up, identity verification, deposits, trading) via eligible channels as specified on the referral page within 14 days of sign-up.
Deposit tasks may include one-time deposits or cumulative net deposits made via methods such as on-chain transfers and P2P within 14 days of sign-up. Depositing cryptos via internal transfers, red packets, rewards, and purchases via P2P sharing order will not be counted.
Trading tasks may include on-time trade or cumulative trading volume as specified on the referral page within 14 days of sign-up.
Inviters’ rewards are determined by the completion of invitee tasks, and in some cases, may increase with additional tasks completed.
Rewards are expected to be distributed immediately upon referral task completion and may be subjected to locking period. System issues or other special circumstances may delay the distribution of rewards. If you have not received the rewards within 48 hours after your friends complete the task, please contact customer service, and we will actively follow up on the situation.
OKX has the right to suspend, freeze, and/or seal user accounts and assets within the accounts according to applicable laws or OKX Terms of Service.
OKX reserves the right to disqualify or suspend accounts of any participant and confiscate all rewards of any participant who is found to be involved in any dishonest or abusive behavior in this referral program, including but not limited to click farming, registering multiple accounts, using others' accounts, using others' KYC information to register accounts, providing false KYC information, using device farms or other malicious tools for abusive, dishonest or fraudulent purposes, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violation of any applicable rules or policies of OKX or any campaign or project rules or terms and conditions or announcements (as amended and restated from time to time) in connection with the referral program, violating local regulatory rules or any engaging in other activities with the intent or result of abusing, disrupting or undermining the legitimate operation of the project, as determined by OKX at its sole discretion.This referral program is not (i) investment advice or an investment recommendation; (ii) an offer or solicitation, buy or sell digital assets; or (iii) financial, accounting, legal or tax advice.
